That's it, scientists have revealed that eating a bigger breakfast helps to lose weight!!!
That's it then, a full English every day of the week from now on then, how long have I waited for news like this, and now it's finally here!
Scientists said that eating more at breakfast helps avoid the craving for "snacking" during the morning, and that you won't get as hungry following that bigger breakfast.
It shows that after 8 months of eating a bigger breakfast, a select group of people lost 16 pounds each after continuing to eat bigger breakfasts!
So, what better news can you have to start the week off than to lose weight eating a nice brekky, so thank you scientists, thank you!
So, what are you going to have for your breakfast tomorrow then?
Let me know!
i don't have time for breakfast when i'm working. now i know why i'm gaining weight! wait...i'm not working right now and i do eat breakast and i'm still gaining weight. what's wrong with this picture?
ReplyDeletebeer and wheaties, ever day since i was tweleve, man it is better than anythin cept, beer and eggs
ReplyDeleteI hate scientists, they think they are smart and spend lots of money conducting reseearch and studies. you wake ready for the day. you eat a piece o fruit or bagel an a coffee. you have no energy and snack all morning. Eat a healthy meal, fills your gut and your til lunch. repeat this at your mid day meal and your set until dinner at which time you have eat a lite meal (unless you plan extra "activities" ) snacking on some fruits and veggies and juice, tea or water will assist in the fiber intake, helping with the morning movement. :D
ReplyDeletecan I have 5 million $ to conduct a study :D
ok im just a smartass that chain-smokes and eat like crap. But it sounded smart, right? ,)
That figures. Brazilians have a bread roll and coffee for breaky, and they have one of the highest morbid obesity rates in the world.
ReplyDeleteWot plainbob said, beer on your cornflakes, it's not bad, I tried it once as a teenager.
Sarah, sorry, honey, get up earlier, solves the problem.
Why do you think all military services serve such a big breakfast, didn't need scientists to tell us, it's been common knowledge for centuries.

in my opinioin, it's not how much or when you eat, it's what you eat that makes a big difference in a diet. :)
